APPOINTMENT OF SENIOR MANAGER AND KEY PERSONNEL

SKYCITY ENTERTAINMENT GROUP LIMITED (SKC) APPOINTMENT OF SENIOR MANAGER AND KEY PERSONNEL Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 10.6.1(d), SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Alexander to the newly created role of Chief Property Officer effective from no later than 18 March 2019. As a direct report to the Chief Executive Officer, Peter will be responsible for the SKYCITY Entertainment Group's property investment and development activities in New Zealand and Australia. Peter has more than 30 years' experience in investment management, primarily in property investment and development, in New Zealand and overseas. Peter joins SKYCITY from alternative asset manager HRL Morrison & Co where he is currently Director Private Equity Real Estate New Zealand. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of NZX listed Stride Property Group, a commercial property investor, developer and investment manager, and, prior to that, Peter led Auckland International Airport's commercial property investment and development activities. Peter is currently a trustee of the Dilworth Trust Board, Chairman for Homes of Choice and a non-executive director of HLC Limited. SKYCITY is also pleased to announce the appointment of John Chong to the newly created role of President Asian Sales and Commercial Strategy (reporting to the Group General Manager International Gaming) effective from 1 January 2019. John is based in Hong Kong and was most recently President International Marketing for The Star Entertainment Group. John has significant gaming experience having previously worked in Asia for Melco Crown, Caesars, Sands China and NagaCorp.
