Further to the announcement on 27 September 2017, the Board of FMS is delighted to advise that an unconditional agreement to acquire Willard Marine Incorporated has now been signed. Settlement is due to occur within five days. The Board also wishes to announce that Mr. Ulrich Gottschling, Willard's Chief Executive Officer, will be appointed to the Board of FMS upon the completion of the acquisition. Mr. Gottschling brings with him a wealth of experience which will be extremely valuable at this stage of FMS' growth.
