Current directors Michael Fisher, representing major shareholder Hugh Green Investments, and Stephen Sinclair, representing major shareholder The Business Bakery are stepping down, but will be appointed alternate directors for John Gosney, representing Hugh Green Investments and Grant Baker, representing The Business Bakery.

Executive Director and CEO Paul Byrnes has been appointed Deputy Chairman and will continue in the group CEO role.

The new Dorchester Pacific Board is as follows;
Grant Baker Chairman
Paul Byrnes Deputy Chairman and CEO
Matt Harrison Executive Director
John Gosney Non-executive Director
Kevin Brewer Independent Director
Gregory Peebles Independent Director

Chairman Grant Baker commented:- “The Board changes have been planned as part of the Dorchester restructuring and turnaround strategy . Major shareholders Hugh Green Investments and The Business Bakery were the significant contributors to the initial $10m capital raising in June 2010 and the $11m Convertible Notes issue in November 2011. Michael and Stephen have provided valuable contributions at Board level as part of that major shareholder support and we thank them for this. With the turnaround now evident and a profitable base for the group established, we welcome the additional operational and M & A experience and skills Matthew and Kevin can bring to the Board”.
