SLI Systems Director Resignation CHRISTCHURCH, New Zealand - March 1, 2018, SLI Systems (SLI.NZ) announces non-executive director Matthew Houtman has resigned from the board. The resignation, effective 28 February, follows Pioneer Capital's notice that it had ceased to be a substantial shareholder in the company. Mr Houtman is a director and major shareholder of Pioneer Capital.
